The Juvenile Affairs subcommittee is involved in educating individuals from police and fire departments, social services and other child guidance counselors on the problem of Juvenile Firesetting.

Annually, the committee sponsors a statewide seminar in regard to techniques that can be used to counsel children with firesetter problems and to further the skills of people who come into contact with the children.
