The Michigan Arson Prevention Committee joined with the Michigan Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI) to recognize Isabella County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Roy Kranz as 2006 Prosecutor of the Year for his work in prosecuting an individual responsible for a murder in Isabella County.
